Athletics), in possession of Runcard-EPS and Runcard Trail, limited to persons from 20 years of age in possession of a valid medical certificate of specific agonistic fitness for athletics, which must be compulsorily delivered, also digitally, to the organizing companies of each event.<\/li>\n<li>Italian\/foreigner athletes not registered in Italy holding membership cards of clubs affiliated with Foreign Athletics Federations recognized by World Athletics valid for 2025. At the time of registration, they must alternatively submit self-certification of possession of the World Athletics recognized card. The self-certification should then, however, be signed in original at the time of bib pick-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-5 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Registrations<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>Registration is open from March 1 to August 27, 2025 it can be done online through the website endu.net or at Verona Marathon Hub in Circonvallazione P. <u>campaign <\/u><\/p>\n<p>Athletes, under penalty of disqualification, must behave in a way that respects the natural environment, especially avoiding littering, near refreshments and along the entire route.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-11 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Chest Pickup<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>The bib can be picked up upon presentation of the confirmation letter and photo ID<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Saturday, August 30 from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.<\/strong> at the race secretariat in Piazza San Zeno &#8211; It must be placed over all clothing and under no circumstances fixed anywhere else, under penalty of disqualification.<\/p>\n<p>A chip is affixed to the bib, which cannot be removed in any way.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-13 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Gathering<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-12\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>Before the start each runner must compulsorily go through the entrance gates to the closed starting area where the mandatory material will be checked.<\/p>\n<p>Participants, if necessary, may be divided into starting grids based on the criteria defined by the Organizing Committee.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-13\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p><strong>CURRENTLY NO SPOOLS AND DOCKS<\/strong><strong>ARE<\/strong> PROVIDED<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PERSONAL BAGS COLLECTION AND DELIVERY SERVICE IS PROVIDED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event will be held in all weather conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-14 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Refreshments on the route<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-14\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>The refreshment stations will be supplied with drinking water and food items.<\/p>\n<p>Plastic cups will not be available at any of the refreshment stations: to drink, runners must equip themselves with a glass or other personal container suitable for use.<\/p>\n<p>Two refreshments are provided:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>km 4 to the church of St. Matthias<\/li>\n<li>km 12.5 in Castel San Pietro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-15 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Refreshments at the end<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-15\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>After arrival there will be delivery of a bag containing water and solids.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-16 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Running Rules<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-16\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>By registering, the runner signs a commitment to carry all the mandatory equipment listed below throughout the race, under penalty of disqualification. Mandatory materials may be checked at bib pickup, at the start and\/or at surprise locations along the course and at the finish.<\/p>\n<p>Required materials:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>personal glass with a minimum capacity of 150 cc (water bottle if with a wide cap is valid as a glass): NO GLASSES ARE PROVIDED AT REFRESHMENTS!<\/li>\n<li>Head flashlight or flashlight placed over the race bib.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The competitions are held on a self-sufficient basis, so in the sections of the race that separate the various aid stations set up along the route, each athlete must provide clothing, communications, water and food supplementation on his or her own.<\/p>\n<p>Recommended material:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Thermal sheeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Whistle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cell phone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Adequate water supply (minimum 1 liter )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-17 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Maximum time<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-17\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>The maximum time for the race <strong>is 3h hours<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-18\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>Any competitor who wishes to continue out of the race because he\/she is out of the maximum time limit will do so assuming all responsibility for any consequences that may result.<\/p>\n<p>In case of bad weather conditions and\/or for safety reasons, the organization reserves the right to suspend the current race, delay the start, vary the course, change the time barriers or cancel the race, without prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-18 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Dropouts and returns<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-19\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>In case of abandonment of the race along the course, the competitor is obliged to communicate his abandonment by registering as withdrawn at the nearest checkpoint.<\/p>\n<p>The organization will take charge of his return from the checkpoint to the finish area.<\/p>\n<p>There is no guarantee that retreatants will return outside the checkpoints unless they are injured.<\/p>\n<p>A &#8220;broom service&#8221; is provided that will run along the course following the last competitor in the race, so as to be of help to retreatants and to prevent any injured from being left unassisted.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-19 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Security and medical care<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-20\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>Ambulances, civil defense and medics will be present in the area.<\/p>\n<p>The aid stations are intended to bring assistance to all persons in danger by the organization&#8217;s own means or through contracted organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Medical officials are empowered to suspend runners judged unfit to continue the race.<\/p>\n<p>Rescuers are empowered to evacuate by all means of their own convenience runners judged to be in danger.<\/p>\n<p>A runner who appeals to a doctor or a rescuer effectively submits to his authority and agrees to abide by his decisions.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-20 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Timekeeping<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-21\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>Timing is done by chip applied to the personal Bib.<\/p>\n<p>The company in charge is <span class=\"fontstyle0\">EVODATA srl<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Timing is done in gun time i.e. at the starting gun given by the Fidal starter.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-21 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-four\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h4 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Rankings and Awards<\/h4><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-22\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>All participants will be provided with chips installed in the Bib.<\/p>\n<p>The timing service will be responsible for drawing up the overall men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s overall standings.<\/p>\n<p>The standings will be visible on the <a href=\"https:\/\/endu.net\">endu.net<\/a> website<\/p>\n<p>No printouts of the results will be displayed.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-22 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-five\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;\"><h5 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\">Awards<\/h5><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-23\" style=\"--awb-text-transform:none;\"><p>After the finish line each runner will be presented with a &#8220;Finisher&#8221; In the event of adverse weather conditions or for other reasons beyond the control of the organization and such as to endanger the safety of the competitors, the start may be postponed or canceled, the course may be modified and shortened, and the race may be stopped at any point on the course. The above changes will be taken by the Jury, also after hearing the opinion of the safety officers and medical team.
